Back after a summer break + lack of motivation when the hols were over! Finally got a kick up the bum when I noticed I’d crept back up to 158lbs last week. I’ve been away, had visitors,bbq and more. Eaten lovely food, drank in excess and enjoyed the time off. It’s just hard getting back to it. Decided to change my weigh day to Friday and have been logging my food again. Fingers crossed I’ll see results soon!
