Uuuuuugh! I guess I’ll have to do an hour of daily running AND 30 minutes of strength training AND 30 minutes of stretching… I’ve come to the conclusion that at 1500 calories consumed, I need to do atleast 2 hours daily training (plus housework) to make some progress. I’ll give it the next 3 months and see if it works. 💕
