Back to the real world... I decided to let my body know I am serious about getting back on track, so I did 1200 calories my first two days back. The plan was to do three days at 1500 and then resume my previous plan at 1900 calories a day, but we made a pilgrimage to Costco today, and with all the goodies we brought home, I don't think I'm going to keep it to 1500 today.

I went to the gym early this morning, figuring I'd get my workout over with and have the rest of the day to myself. Evidently while I was gone, however, someone changed the rules. The place was closed with a sign on the door saying closed every Tuesday for maintenance. Not only was I unhappy about the wasted trip and no workout today, but if they're going to be closed every Tuesday, that amounts to about a 15% price increase; and the place was already ridiculously expensive. What to do...
