Looks like you are already kicking goals👍👍 Definitely don’t minimise your amazing efforts , you should be really proud of yourself and your achievements so far! 😊 I actually started my journey at the end of January on the same weight as you-I was 132kg at my starting point and I must admit had a lot more will power and determination , I’m trying to get back into that head space but have been struggling with it so your kind words mean a lot and help with trying to regain the motivation!
