Bismillah IF 9am-5pm start today 1 oct 2023 no more food after 5 pm, try to drink water instead breakfast: 9 am lunch : 1 pm dinner : 5 pm 3 meals a day with less portion no snacks drink min 2 liters a day move more !!! buy more veggies and fruits instead unhealthy foods snack cheating on sunday biar ttp waras (1 snack only maks Rp 5000)
