I'm feeling a little bloated, as always after too much wheat foods :/ I need to clean myself out with a week of vegetables :P I'm very happy to be back on track, and I feel that I should really go gluten-free, as I must say, I truly am sensitive to it - last time I was gluten-free I felt amazing!

you ill always feel bloated after a lot of wheat based food, you can tell the difference even after a few days of not eating bread and the like. Gluten free is a good idea especially if you are sensitive to eat, its amazing the products you can now get from the local supermarket that is gluten free. at one time you had to go to specialist shops and pay a fortune

I think that's a really good idea. I get really bad cravings if I eat too much bread, especially white bread. I only eat good quality bread now, Rye bread, whole wheat or multigrain etc. - never white bread. Although I haven't had any bread at all now for a couple of weeks and the cravings have stopped and I have to admit, I feel a lot better for it. I'm not really a fan of cutting out food groups entirely but I have started eating far more veg and salad so I get plenty of carbs and nutrients from that. I have fruit each day too but only in small quantities due to the sugar content. I've been having strawberries, blackberries and raspberries for dessert each day with 0% Greek yogurt mixed with a little honey. A little honey takes the tartness from the fruit and the yogurt but it's a really filling but light end to the meal. You sound happier today and more positive. That's fantastic - that's the real goal.

the problem with mass produced bread is that it has a lot of preservatives and other bits and bobs to keep it going for few days. Good quality white bread will only last a day, maybe 2 If your lucky. If your in france and you get a breakfast baguette by lunch time it will be rock hard.
