Thank you veloeddy, cjgriffith1, and Kenny! Kaylin, for sure, would you say there's a sense of progress / does anything get repeated enough for that?

Well done for sure then. Ex-smoker…..so proud you gave up. That in itself makes this run more commendable imo!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Thanks yfritz, you're definitely right... for some reason I had a slump around the mid-30s, and wasn't always able to make progress or even to finish the whole thing without some walking. But eventually that fell away and I started making quick gains again. Might be a while before I beat my race time though 🤷

Awesome. That’s a great accomplishment. I’d love to do the same myself, I have become so slow lol. Thanks for sharing

Hi John, in case you were wondering, I did run this past Sunday as I promised and completed Week 4. My son ran with me. It went well, and I was so pumped up to move on to Week 5. Then I got sick. I’m still laid up. Can’t run. Bummer💔

Yeah I was wondering! You’re almost halfway done, that’s great. Rest up, I hope you feel better soon ☹️ It’d be cool if there was a race in your area to sign up for, to add incentive during the last few weeks!
