Resisting to weigh myself. I want to wait till Monday. New eating plan is easy to follow, satisfying and it feels like it is working! I just don't need the scale messing things up in my head. If I lose a lot, I think wheeeeeeee this is gonna be easy, then I let my resolve down, or if it didn't budge, i think Whaaaaaaaaa... and want to give up...

I feel the same way about the scale. I used to weigh every day and what that monster said set my mood for the day. I finally decided to only weigh every 7 to 10 days if I'm going to be upset that's often enough and I can be happy without the stress.
