I also remembered to get some Vinyl Gloves, for hand mixing food. Some of the Spices I use can be very staining, and takes a bit of scrubbing to get the discolouration off. I also like the idea of no chance of cross-contamination, by changing gloves in between changeovers.

@Margatyna... I have yet to get Turmeric or Tandoori on the countertop, but do get it on my Wood cutting boards, I'll have to give them a scrub with baking soda then... which. reminds me, I need to put Baking Soda on the shopping list.
