I'm becoming ok with my pace of weight loss. I won't ever give up. This is a lifestyle upgrade, it can take as long as it needs to. Because I'm never planning to change this lifestyle. I feel better every day because of this choice.

Just to encourage you- this is the attitude that will keep you going. I started at the same weight and it’s taken me 5 years to lose 25 kgs but I just keep going one gram at a time 😅
