Had my 10 miler today!! I finished in 1:36:44. My goal was 1:35:00 but given the route was so hilly (~700ft of elevation gain) and my water stops (no more water, Ashley!) I'm pretty proud of the time. My sister in law ran with me and kept me going so I'm pretty thankful for that. Legs are dead, feet are dead. Looking forward to another massage gun session and a foot ice bath later. I have a nice sports massage scheduled for tomorrow 😁
