It's my birthday tomorrow. Usually I go out for drinks and dinner. The next day I gain weight. This year I am staying home. I'm going to make a healthy low calorie dinner. I plan to buy a gourmet donut as my treat. I will be 100 calories over my daily amount but I am ok with that.
