I was bored so I decided to do a 15 minute cardio workout. It was one of Denise Austin's workouts on youtube. Had me sweatin lol. I feel good and hopefully it will allow me to get a good nights rest, after all it is 12:35 at night. Its for beginners so it's perfect for me, and all the other beginners out there. I'm going to start doing it everyday, I think that will do me some good :)
