Started the 3 day military diet today. I know it’s not a long term solution, but I feel like I need to see some bigger numbers in loss to keep going.

That's on my list to try! I like switching things up like that when i hit a plateau and trying new things. I'm interested to see how it goes for you.

I have a friend who does this when she needs a reset. it works for her. I keep thinking about trying it for the three days. Good luck!

1400-1200-1100 cal diet for three days only? I guess that’s pretty doable. The online description makes it sound though like the quality of the food doesn’t matter, just the calories (?). Good luck with it, Nrthrnmom, but I would make sure my calories come from healthy, nutrient-rich sources no matter what diet.
