The surprise here is that I didnt put any weight on after eating 3 meals after a 72hr fast. Very pleased, cos Im fasting again, just a 42 hr one this time, so hoping another 1kg will be gone by tomorrow morning.. With weekend looming though, bound to put that 1kg back on. lets see what happens.
