Feeling excellent today. Had a great workout this morning, and rocked a 50 mile bike ride yesterday. Although I had totally forgoten about sunscreen, so now I have a super sexy farmer's tan on my arms and my legs are burnt from the knees down... :/

Started a 6 week challenge at my gym, and my macros this week are set at 78g carbs, 84g fat, and 168g protein. Which shouldn't be too difficult, since I've already been eating close to that. But one thing that will be a challenge is his requirement of eating 6 servings of veggies a day. I typically eat about 1/4 fruit, 3/4 veggies, so I'm going to have to cut out the fruit to meet the veggie requirement. So long for now, delicious grapefruit.

Also, my weight this morning was 208. I'm getting so close to ONEderland I can almost taste it!

Haha, well, I hate to disappoint but the date was kinda blah. I felt great in my dress and whatnot, but he spent most of the night ranting about how awful his ex girlfriend was... which is my signal to run and run, lol!!

Notelaine - I learned a new word for something I have been doing already; macros. I guess macro is an abbreviated form of "macronutrients" (Fat,Protein,Carbs). What formula do you use? How do you calculate your Body Fat to get the LBM? TIA!

My trainer gave me these numbers, but I've based mine off of this website before: http://whataremymacros.com/ For body fat %, I use a handheld meter that give me a percentage, but this page shows a couple other options. None are perfect, but you can get a good estimate, and then adjust your macros as you see results http://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/2012/07/02/body-fat-percentage/
