As it turns out I had Acute tendonitis in my Distal Bicep tendon. Ordered not to lift anything with my right arm for 7 days. I'm still going to the gym to do squats tonight, and then shoulders tomorrow. Back day will be Wednesday which will be 8 days after the order from the Doc. The arm feels good.
