I just didn't have time to document all yesterday. I walked 2 miles, was reasonably good, but my weight has gone up. I ate a lot of 'heavy' stuff yesterday alike a big pile of oatmeal (no sugar, just a little maple syrup), and some rice and beans etc. I think it just hasn't worked it's way along. Oddly, this happens to me at the beginning of a weight loss journey. The first couple of days my weight increases slightly before letting go!

So, I will not get discouraged and stay the course. I know when I focus and keep doing what I need to do, it begins paying off...little by little.

So here's to Friday FS peeps! Weekends can be hard, plan ahead when you can and don't beat yourself up when you have a minor digression. We've got this! 💪
