Hey. Haven't been super active on here since the 5K, and that'll likely continue a bit while I recharge.

I started dating someone & my eating was off because of that; then we broke up and my eating was off because of *that* :p. Also I got sick.

But breaking up is like a vaccine, you feel like crap at first and then you're stronger for it. Today I did some yoga, jogging, and powerlifting, and cooked a proper dinner. (And had already meal-prepped breakfast and lunch).

It's regrettable that I hadn't done all of those things consistently over the last month and a half, but hopefully I'll stay fired up now until the end of the year, and get my lifts close to where they were before I started the 5k training.

I tend to do better in the winter anyway; I think that the sunset being so early causes me to not procrastinate as much...

I'm planning a trip to Nepal in the new year and would like to be fitter for it.

Cheer up, it was a short time since you left the routine, it's good that you have resumed it, success in your plans.
