Getting a lot done around the house and helping my Dad with his recovery from the hospital stay. I am feeling like I need more carbs today and feeling like I need to munch. It's not true hunger, I have eaten well today...it's that "munchie" feeling...It will pass, I think its comfort I am looking for, but I will definitely not have comfort if I stuff myself.
