Tomorrow will be my official 1 month of purposely eating healthy. I lost 14 lbs in a little over a week of this journey. now I will weigh in tomorrow Sept 27th, 2015. I have had a successful month. I have not craved sweets once. I believe this is because I have started my day off almost every day eating 1 serving of organic granola with 15 grapes and 1/2 apple with no milk for a month now. I look forward to weighing in tomorrow.
