Boy am I fooled!!! I went and bought a treadmill and have been using it every day. I have walked up to 5 miles in total for a day, but have not lost an ounce. I know the muscle weighs more than flab, but I need to start losing. I guess I was born to be fat.

Measure, measure, measure. Neck, upper arm, forearm, wrist, waist, hips, thigh, calf, ankle. Do that weekly. It's fine not dropping a pound if you start looking thinner. Usually the body needs a few weeks to adjust then you'll start losing weight again. I've been at the same weight (I know, infuriating) for almost 2 months, but I dropped 6 sizes, went from a size 10 to a size 4, and from 31% body fat to 24.5% body fat..

Thanks for your support. I also belong to Curves and will get measured there in a month. One of my problems is that even thinner I were the same clothes. Chest and height stops me from going smaller in clothes. Thanks again. I feel better after I exercise. You are doing great. Maybe I'll catch up. LOL
