My dad is awake now and recovering. They ended up doing a triple bypass (there’s a 4th blockage but the artery is non-dominant and too narrow for a bypass). But he’s good for now, thankfully. I’m hoping that he does his cardio rehab. Thanks for the kind words.

thank you all. he should be home sometime this weekend. from everyone I’ve talked to it’ll be a long recovery but he is the type to push through it (though not the type to follow doctors orders well)
