After running around all morning I find out that I have to go to school tonight for parents' night. Thanks for letting me know kid. I took my mom to Tampa airport, drove to Bradenton to pick up and drop off an order (hubby's and my Costa's came in, distributor price much less than retail) then a few other things and home. About 150 miles of driving so far. I now have a whole 30 minutes to relax before getting back in the car to go to his school. It wouldn't be that bad if I wasn't as sick as a dog and hacking up my lungs. I did pick up a pizza for the kid and hubby so when we all get home no cooking and I can go to sleep. Time for medicine since I accidentally left it home all day. I may grab an extra cup of coffee otherwise I may fall asleep.

My kid is in BIG trouble for it. The only way we found out is the school texted and called us. I love that they do that. 3 teachers were not there tonight. 1 passed out in class today, the a/c in the school wasn't working and she over heated. The other 2 left since they didn't feel well after no a/c. All his teachers love him, it's sick. He's so smart but a little lazy but he is such a pleasure to have in class. It's been that way since he was in 3rd grade. (After he started reading for pleasure and not just school)

Okay good news. I did stop at a thrift store today really quick. I needed some next size clothes down. I grabbed a pair of size 14 shorts and a medium shirt and a pair of size 12 shorts and a cute large top. Well except for the size 12 shorts I could wear them all now! I have to go through my old clothes now and find out what I can wear and what I can donate. If I have nothing to go up to it will encourage me not to gain again. I did keep 1 pair of shorts that fall down on me now for when I'm at the end of my weight loss journey. A reminder of what could happen if I go back to my old WOE.

Glad you are a little better today - by the way, I had a weird dream that I met you in person! I will actually be in St. Pete beach in December and flying into Tampa...

Awwww, my Mom's widower lives in Bradenton still.... great memories of visiting her there.... such a beautiful place!
