Menu for the entire week is made. Grocery list is made, and it is a hefty one. I have plenty of beans already in the pantry, and have to make them on Sunday to prepare for the week. I also plan to chop up my breakfast veggies.
My husband is planning on doing the SCD as well, but hasn't made a plan for his breakfasts and lunches. I'm not sure if he wanted me to do that or what... If he did, he probably should have asked me to. I can't be responsible for his habits, when I have enough of my own to worry about.
Is that selfish?

He's a grown man, and you're right -- you cannot be his trainer/Staff Sargent. If he wants help, I'd simply tell him to work with a nutritionist or research the diet online. If grocery shopping is your chore, then your part is to simply not stock bad foods in the kitchen.

Sometimes the guys have to see the girls moving toward their goals before they get serious about it. The sad part is that they seem to lose more easily than we do.
