I switched gyms and am actually seeing a personal trainer--- a first for me. I typically do the 'free' sessions and then I do my own thing. Well I am on my second session with Robert and he is like a non-cursing Jillian from Biggest Loser. He expects nothing less than perfection from me, and I am absolutely sore. I could not ever understand why ppl threw up on that show, but now I do. I sadly realize just how out of shape I am. But then again, I am also very excited to see what challenges he has in store for me. So yeah-- PRAY for me! I need all the strength I can get!
