Greetings from the soggy land -- lake level is still rising - our pier is nearly completely submerged. We are between two large lakes - which they have been releasing water upstream and downstream, but still the water continues to rise. We're on a hill, and are thankful for it. Mid - lower state did not fair as well. Good friend and co-worker as of yesterday was about to lose her house to the river. Scary stuff.

Eating wise, I haven't done too bad. Just find myself not drinking enough water - so stayed up till 1:30am to get the jump on today with 32fl oz. (really was trying to get it in for yesterday, but time slipped by too quickly) Workouts haven't even happened. I guess with all this flood stuff -- came mindless eating. Writing it down - so capturing the damage to myself. Have the workout stuff available -- and scheduled -- with an alarm -- and still ignore and snooze one. Been getting up so late lately - could be the cooler weather???? Or maybe I've gone soft and pudgy????

Reading my challenges today to re-motivate myself. Seems once I verbally share the challenges I'm doing, is when I stop doing them. Totally weird here. Also have been drinking more alcohol -- chilling out on that too.

Insert brilliant thought -- as I totally forgot what I was going to say. Wheeeee!
It's a great day in happy world land. :s

Anyway, everyone have a great day -- supposed to be headed to the mts this weekend - hope that will still play out. Hubs and I are going regardless.

Yep. Just really hard to wrap my head around how much devastation has occurred (and still occurring). Makes my head ache.
