I'm starting to finally feel better! Yay, ears still hurt but a much better type of pain. I'm making a huge pot of my low carb chicken soup tonight since I ran out while sick. It still has veggies and in place of noodles I use cabbage. I up the fat content by adding bacon and a little bacon fat. It comes out pretty good. There are some other things I throw in also. It freezes pretty well so I usually have some in there.

Lots of onion and garlic for the immune system! I don't know if it is just an old wives' tale, but it always seems to work for me.
