Changed diets to one that I made myself. Low Carb (under 20 gr) and low calorie together (under 2000 cal) I hit a stand still last week and needed to make my body think it was still in need to burn fat so when I went to this diet I have lost more weight and hope to keep it up til i get close to my goal weight then I will go back to the Caloriew reduced to maintain.
