Can't tell ya how much I missed these familiar faces !!! I don't even know what's next, I guess grocery shopping instead of eating out is a good start and maybe a few small walks and some bodyweight stuff. I'm so out of shape and so out of touch with my healthy self. Haven't touched a weight or a healthy salad ( and I actually love a good salad) in months. So small changes should make a big difference. I want to see how far we can all go this new year...Let's go 💙
