It was hard trying to do a workout today. But I had done it. I had done strength training for about 30 minutes. I feel really sore. Not because of the workout, but I'm sick. It makes it harder to workout. I didn't want to dismiss working out. I knew that I would gain weight if I skipped out on one. So, I'm doing my best to keep my numbers down. I've been eating light these past couple of days, so, I should be under my RDI. Not that I've counted. I should keep records of it on a journal. It would really help.
