I thought for sure my feasting day would kill me, but it didn’t. My loss survived. Is it possible I’m doing something right…. I saw someone talk about counting carbs for insulin resistance and it worked. I was over on carbs 30 instead of 20 but now I know to watch them. I will work to keep them in that 20-30 range. I’m trying to find a fasting schedule that works for me. 3/ 36-42hour a week right now.
