Wish hubby would got back to this he didn’t snore and I was losing inches even with making him ice cream almost every night I make it out of yogurt. So more ketovore at times!

my friend does keto 3 weeks out of the month, and for the other week she does bacon eggs meats of all kinds and butter,only. She feels great and looks great.
