that salmon looks amazing! how did you cook it and with what spices??? I've only ever panseared my salmon so I'm looking to experiment with new recipes....

we sprinkled one of our spice blends and baked it on a pan lined with parchment paper @ 400 F for 10-15 minutes depending on how done you like it. My favourite way (besides smoking or grilling) of cooking salmon is Salt/Pepper/Garlic, pan med-high, lightly oiled. Flesh side down for 4-6 minutes, flip to skin side, immediately drizzle with honey or maple syrup, cook another 4-6 minutes until done. The residual heat on the flesh side will help the honey/maple syrup glaze. 😋

mmmm I do know that grilling glazing method!! been doing Compliment's Honey Mustard and adding fresh cracked pepper. thx for the oven temp and time!! with so many conflicting recipes online it's nice to get a tried & true recipe from a real person.
