Haven't really been all that scrupulous this week. It's weird how a fortnight off my healthy eating can make it so hard to jump back on to a proper diet. Still got some Christmas junk to eat, chocolates and biscuits mainly, so I'll take it easy again next week I think. Weighing tomorrow just to keep myself accountable
