Have to go off my Ozenpic for my surgery prep :/ Which means I have to really avoid sugar with no chemical help, (always my worst problem tbh,) no smoking 🍃 because I can't afford to get the munchies, and no other pain meds. On a positive note, maybe I'll be too sore to want to eat? Seriously considering not weighing myself until all this is over, just because of the stress.
