I got my watch! Now I can count my steps and hold myself even more accountable.

This thing is pretty nifty. I like that it has the added benefit of being able to see phone notifications. Also, super bonus: A locate my phone feature! Being an unmedicated ADHDer, I am forever setting my phone down in ridiculous places and spending far too long looking for it.

2024 is the year of getting healthier and staying more organized. One day at a time!

Congratulations! I've thankfully been able to manage my ADHD with lots of reminders, spreadsheets, and a lot of luck. I have nothing against medication, but with shortages and whatnot happening I decided that if I could manage it without, there's no reason to take from those who can't.

thanks! i understand where you are coming from!! ive been on both side of this fence now- managed without meds; not knowing i had adhd for 30 years. Though, can't say i was necessarily functional 😂 i saw a GREAT improvement with meds, my house definitely maintained a higher lever of cleanliness with meds, better memory of literally anything. When im done with pregnancy and breastfeeding i will probably resume my meds. ..my son is adhd plus autistic and hes one that definitely needs it.

I have an ADHD/Autistic daughter as well. Apparently there's a genetic aspect to that! Thankfully my fiancé is very "normal brained" as we call it, and he's able to keep us both on track and the house pretty clean and organized. He's the king of schedules and lists. I like to think I add a little spice to his life!

Very cool! we both think my fiancee has the inattentive adhd but hasnt been diagnosed officially, that can be challenging in its own right. Sometimes i feel like i gotta take on more then i can handle, but ive learned to delegate more efficiently.. Normal brained is traditionally called neurotypical but i like normal brained. 😂 Yes spice! I like that! Can be spicy and sweet!

I love my activity tracker. I'm still learning to find more uses for it. I use the alarm to time my rest in the gym, remind me it's time to take my meds, track my steps, remind me it's bedtime, and count calories burned. It makes CICO easier. I'm sure you will enjoy yours. I got my wife one because it helps her not miss my phone calls... hehehe

I'm enjoying that even though I set my phone down anywhere but somewhere that makes sense.. I'm still able to read my texts and get my calls without getting up to find it! This is one of my better ideas for sure
