There is no movement to record today. I ate way later than usual due to dropping my daughter off with her dad an hour and a half away.

I try to only eat between 7am and 6pm. Yesterday's dinner was at about 8:30. I've done this once before and had no movement on the scale that day as well.

I know daily weights aren't for everyone, but for me, they're a way to connect eating habits to weightloss or gain as I start taking steps to better health.
