Got my appetite back! Unfortunately I’ve been hoovering up the leftover Christmas food. I’ve thrown or given away chocolates, mince pies, a huge slab of Christmas cake and more. Still ate far too much sweet stuff last week. It would’ve been worse but I’ve picked up a stomach bug so couldn’t eat yesterday. At least when it’s gone it’s gone. My other half has been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol and blood pressure so healthy low fat and sugar foods in the cupboards from now on. It selfishly makes it much easier for me too.
