I'm gonna skip my way in this morning because i'm at the beginning of my cycle. I'm gonna skip breakfast today because I had a pretty big dinner last night. I downloaded an app called seven minute workout and that thing was superefficient. I did it while I was at work in between clients. The next day all of my major muscle groups were hurting. This is very exciting because I can do this anytime. I'm gonna do it every other day for the first week and then the second week. I'll try to do it every single day.
