Ticked at myself. All my fault. I accepted my dinner plate without instructions or question this evening and ate eggrolls for the first time in years. After just now entering them in FS I learned the 4 eggrolls, by themselves, had more salt, saturated fat, and carbohydrates with almost no fiber than I am allowed by my nutritionist for a complete day of food! They weren't even that good... That's a lesson I won't soon forget! I just wish I could always remember the lesson about checking BEFORE eating.

Wooo Hooo !!!! I was just brought the box the eggrolls came in and they are Miha Mini Chicken Eggrolls not Safeway full size eggrolls so instead of nearly doubling my daily allowances yesterday I just barely exceeded them! OK - New Lesson - No entering before knowing.

It can really be shocking to see what is in processed foods. I'm finally having weight loss success now, with my removing them almost entirely from my diet. Glad your situation wasn't as bad as you thought...
