Weighed in 3lbs lower, on a full stomach right after supper last night. Seems like a nice drop but truth be told, I don't know my real weight is. My diet, for health reasons has had me eating, at the most 1100 calories a day. I have been mostly on a liquid diet for over a week as a way to 'jumpstart' my digestive system. Joy of joys!! But, slowly, I'm improving, so I'll take that 😀

Don’t overthink it. You’re doing great. It’s best to weigh yourself at the same time of day every time. Preferably in the morning, before you eat or drink anything and after you’ve gone to the bathroom. Your weight will fluctuate throughout the day, but if you consistently weigh yourself at the same time of day, under the same parameters, you’ll have a solid baseline to judge from.
