Both of shrimp and the potato were overcooked...that's where the cook doesn't pay enough attention and they overcooked the amount of food that they actually should have cooked for the night and end of the night comes and they didn't need that amount of food before the food expired in the amount of time then it was allowed to sit before served to a customers because it was no longer considered a good quality. Therefore was supposed to be thrown away this preserves the food integrity so the customer gets only prime food items for their money that's why numbers predictions are used to estimate the amount of customers that are coming into the store and cooks are supposed to pay very close attention to this it only bump it up for business but sometimes these estimates are incorrect or the quilt is not pay enough attention. But I got to be the happy recipient of this particular case as for the other half of the order of shrimp I'd say I cook decided to eat it. Luckily Ryan scavenge did before it made it to the trash can and I got to be the happy recipient they got to eat it.
