I’m starting today. I lost my dog in November and it had heartbroken me. I’ve put nearly 3 stone on and I feel disgusting.
Not only that I’m diabetic so it’s not good for My health either.

As the owner of an elderly dog, I can only imagine and dread the loss. Yes, you must look after yourself. There may be another dog in the future who needs you healthy for long walks.

Hi Chellechelled, sorry to see your dog as passed. I know he's not human but I am sure it's just as painful. I lost my partner Jim November 25th 2023 so I understand 100%. He was 69. He died of pleurisy and pneumonia and cystic fibrosis. Was your dog old or poorly or both? I have 2 sites. The other one is called Merry Mel too. I lost all my data and cannot knit the two together.
