Went out for breakfast & had small blueberry pancakes, they were good but I need to cut down on that sort of thing. Having a low-cal protein shake right now, salad for lunch & a lower cal dinner this evening. I've been feeling somewhat paralyzed (figuratively) since returning from Hawaii, so today I made a to-do list for the week to try & get unstuck. Naturally it includes exercise, but I've also made a meal plan for the week. I totally suck at tracking, yes I know it works & I SHOULD do it but I'm still not crazy about it so there you are. Hoping to be down 3-4 lbs by the end of this week. Saturday is hubby's birthday & we're going out to lunch at his favorite steakhouse, so I shouldn't have to cook anything THAT day, LOL! Hope everybody has a great week & all your goals are met!
