My darling Wee-Ems. Welcome to the middle age crisis well at the beginning of it anyway. I am 65, and the weight you definitely don't want it wobbles around your stomach, and as much exercise, I do the top of my legs wobbles too. It's the other side of growing up 😂🤣. It used to be life begins at 40 but now I think it's 60. Still, it all works out in the end. Have a good Monday afternoon. Merry Mel 😍

I agree with JGH145, just bcoz u think it, doesn't mean its true. I struggle daily with mental health, I tell everyone to download Insight Timer app, it's totally free and has relaxing music, meditation, binaural beats, self hypnosis, nlp, cbt, something for everyone. Taking even half an hour for self care will make a huge difference, relax in the tub, get the paints out and art attack, play ur fave music and sing loudly, go a good stomp and release the stress.....hope u feel better soon ❤️
