Curious!! What is shakshuka.. is it a type of ragu?

@Bandrai Shakshuka is a north african breakfast consisting of cooked tomatoes, whatever veggies you’d like (i add onion and bell pepper), whatever seasonings you’d like (i did cumin, cayenne, etc). And sometimes people even add lentils or chickpeas into the mix! Anyways so you cook down these ingredients in a pan, make a well in the mixture and drop some eggs in the pan with it! Cook the eggs by putting a lid on the pan and boom! All done! Usually you eat it along side some naan, pita, or crusty bread. It’s delicious
