Today I am going to do it again!! I am now at my hihest weight and even looking in the mirror takes my breath away. I do not recognize who I am and that is not me!! I feel physically horrible, my stomah is so big, and I get out of reath so easy. I know I have given up this past year and the weight kept rising. I am sick of this and done!! I am the only one that can change this and I will!! I have done it before and I will do it again!! It all stats with that one first step, just one. I am the only one that can save my life and I will do it. I will get under 200 pounds and walk 15, 000 a day.
This is my plan:
1. Stay in a Keto Diet 2. Keep calories under 1500 3. Drink 1 gallon of water 4. Walk for 30 minutes 5. Not eat after 4 pm.- Last meal 5 pm 6. Journal Everyday 7. Log all food
