This is my journey. I drop a few and gain a few. I just need to focus on dropping more pounds than I gain. Lessons learned: ( 1) Eat better when traveling and at team functions; and (2) I don't have to eat what my young grandsons [15 & 8] eat especially for Halloween.
Still feeling very positive.
