I don't really want to share this but why the hell do I gorge myself so much when I'm on?!
I know it's wrong at the time, I know I'm doing it, I'm not happy but it kind of makes my belly feel happier for a few seconds until it hits my brain and the guilt and self loathing kick in.
That all sounds a little melodramatic but hopefully some of you ladies know what I mean...
